Q: What is Compatibility Mode? / How do I run a Program in Compatibility Mode? A: Compatibility Mode is a feature in newer versions of Windows that will allow a program designed before that version of Windows to run on it. Running the program in Compatibility Mode. Double Click the My Computer icon on your desktop Right Click on your Cd rom drive Select the option Open Right Click the Setup.exe file Click Properties at the bottom of the drop down menu Choose the Compatibility tab Click in the square next to: Run this program in compatibiliy mode for. Change the box below to say Windows 98/ME Click apply in the bottom left of this window. Click OK Now double click the setup.exe file. Installation will occur. You may have to follow steps 4-10 on the program icon. Q: Is this software new or in box? A: This is a new unused product but not in a box. We buy direct from Manufacturers and distributors and purchase products in spindles of 125 Cds. We then sleeve them and sell them as sleeved product. So the answer is yes they are new but not in box. Q: Can you ship other items to an International location? A: I am sorry but at this time we are not able to ship items other than software outside the U.S. Q: Does this software work with Vista A: I am sorry at this time we have not tested this software with Windows Vista. You may want to check with the manufacturer of this product.
